I'm really happy with the work I've been doing at StubHub - our entire organization has a great, strategic vision for what's upcoming, while also ensuring that our existing product / company remain successful. The team is also full of incredibly smart, driven, and humble people, which is great.

How much growth is happening right now - in terms of headcount and product. So much exciting forward motion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary at the company is better than most of our competitors. There's additional fun perks like ticket discounts and the benefits package is solid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is super collaborative, but beyond that, everyone is kind, friendly, approachable, and understanding. It's also an incredibly diverse group of people - demographically and from an experience perspective.
What makes you most happy at work?
The impact I have makes me really happy - I think our whole team feels that way. Everyone is given the autonomy to make decisions that drive the organization forward, and we can see the direct impact of those things, as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team definitely takes a humanistic approach to everything we do - I appreciate their visibility into the future direction and plans for the company and product. Also, everyone is just super smart - decisions are rational and the business direction behind them is always explained.
