Being relatively new, I'm still getting acclimated. With that said it appears to be a role with a tremendous upside for compensation & reward, and a great time to join with an exciting rebranding initiative.

The Leadership team is collaborative.

The Equity is the best part of my comp because it gives me a vested interest to the company's success.
