Learning who does there job and who dosent
Talking to me nicely. Goving me warnings for things i cant control. Not screaming at me. Everything.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits for you and your family
I was never told what my compensation package is.
Free insurance, I pay zero dollars for Health, dental, and eye. Along with many other health benefits.
Bonus is very, very competitive
In the last few years, SOA ensured transparency about pay and how they measure to ensure everyone is paid fairly. They reassess pay according to industry standards often. While pay is not at the top compared to other similar companies, the overall work experience makes it worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually getting paid to do multiple things that they have us do
What are some of the best things about your team?
The manager is really nice and the people on my team are funny and helpful
They work hard in everyway, and they help eachother out when we need it.
We look out for each other and work hard no matter the problem that arises.
Cohesiveness. Always willing to improve.

they all are worried about what otherts do and not their own stuff

people need to be more helpful to one another and be a team

Better benefits, and a more comprehensive compensation package. Laid out regulations and benefits. I still have no clue what my medical insurance opportunities are and I have been here for 6 months.

It was remote via Teams

if everyone would do their work and not complain and act like they are only onmes working

Long hours and we do the internet leads as well as walk-ins so it can be a bit much at times
