More important that my attitude and outlook matched the company. Not fully based on past work experience

Great management team in our local dealership. I do not have any real interaction with the higher ups.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Long hours and we do the internet leads as well as walk-ins so it can be a bit much at times
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better benefits, and a more comprehensive compensation package. Laid out regulations and benefits. I still have no clue what my medical insurance opportunities are and I have been here for 6 months.
