How employees describe working at Success Academy
It was a horrible and traumatic experiance. The principal which was my supervisor was harrasing forcing us to work 11 hour shifts and explicitly saying she wants us to come into work sick and eveb puchasing large quanteties of cough medicine and other medication to give us at work while were sick.
Not really much to say about that
Long days, low pay, lots of busy- work and micro-managing, very robotic, stressfull for students and employees
School model is not bad at all, great for kids. The staff is treated poorly at some locations.
Very affordable healthcare.
