For the long hours that we work with no long breaks we should be getting alot more pay especially when you compare that to public schools

Less time at work, more breaks for the school and students, and actual care for staff. Managers need better training and consistent feed back on how to talk to staff, to not panic when network arrives.
It was online and not in front of a panel so you feel less pressured and not nervous
