Social justice and advocacy are central to our mission, so you are able to work with innovative and action-oriented people.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A place for teachers to sit and eat comfortably. Bonuses

Less time at work, more breaks for the school and students, and actual care for staff. Managers need better training and consistent feed back on how to talk to staff, to not panic when network arrives.
