How's the vacation policy at Summit Broadband?
Summit Broadband has a great Paid Time Off policy. There is never a question regarding the reason for time off since sick, vacation and personal time are all in one bucket. There is also rollover allowed.

Our office is led by a COO who is amazing! He really supports our employees.

Based on workload, hours required change from week to week. On average work life balance is good. There is a family atmosphere here and school events, etc are important and flexibility is given.
