Lack on communication from the top down. Ridiculous request without advance notice/communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
support one another, self-sufficient in running department despite lack of upper management involvement

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need more staff willing to work as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hostile work environment. Childless staff are forced to cater to staff with families and children which results in unfair work load balance. Treat reliable staff better.
