Mr. Brian J. Harris has been the Chief Financial Officer of Summit Materials, LLC since October 14, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Harris has been Chief Financial Officer of Summit Materials, Inc. since his joining in October 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Summit Materials Holdings L.P. since October 14, 2013. Mr. Harris served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bausch & Lomb Holdings Incorporated from 2009 to 2013 and its Executive Vice President of Finance since February 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Bausch & Lomb Incorporated and served as its Chief Financial Officer from March 25, 2009 to August 2013 and Corporate Vice President from March 25, 2009 to February 26, 2013. From 1990 to 2009, Mr. Harris held positions of increasing responsibility with industrial, automotive, building products and engineering manufacturing conglomerate Tomkins plc, including President of the $2 billion worldwide power transmission business for Gates Corporation and Senior Vice President for Strategic Business Development and Business Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Gates Corporation. He also served as President of Gates Unitta Asia, its Japanese joint venture. Mr. Harris held financial director and controller roles with Tomkins operating companies in the U.K. and U.S., as well as U.K.-based operating companies for Hanson Plc. He began his career as a staff accountant in the Glasgow office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Harris earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from Glasgow University and qualified as a Scottish Chartered Accountant.
