Mr. Michael J. Brady has been an Executive Vice President of Development of Summit Materials, LLC and Summit Materials, Inc. since April 2009 and serves as its Chief Business Development Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Brady was a Senior Vice President at Oldcastle with overall responsibility for acquisitions and business development, having joined Summit Materials in 2000. He worked in several operational and general management positions in the paper and packaging industry in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific with the Jefferson Smurfit Group, plc (now Smurfit Kappa Group plc). Mr. Brady serves as a Director of Continental Cement Company, LLC. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and a Master of Engineering Science (Microelectronics) from University College, Cork in Ireland. Mr. Brady earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
