Our leadership is collaborative and transparent.

The Goals and vision of the Company are well thought out and communicated across all Departments of Sumo Logic. Everyone is treated equally and without bias.
I am now 2 years into my work here at Sumo Logic and am impressed by our leadership team. They are a good group of people, approachable and willing to help if you want to learn and improve.

Listening to the challenges to the org and providing solutions instead of pointing fingers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
1-year of Paid Peloton subscription and 1 quarterly health and wellness Friday off.

More stock and higher salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive and works well together.
Hardworking and diligent while also being fun
They are very collaborative and willing to help.
Though there is executive level management toxicity, the team and regional managers are incredible. We are a very cohesive team and most are friends outside of work

Focus on execution, plan effectively

The environment as a whole is positive. Everyone is happy to be there.
