Mr. Colman serves as a Vice President of all corporate subsidiaries of Sun Communities Inc. Mr. Colman served as Vice President of Acquisitions of Sun Communities Inc. and also served as its Senior Vice President since 1995. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Colman has over eighteen years of experience in the manufactured housing community industry. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing and management of over 75 manufactured housing communities for two of the 10 largest manufactured housing community owners, including Uniprop, Inc., during its syndication of over $90 million in public limited partnerships in the late 1980s.
