What did you like most about the interview process?
meeting in person and presenting my skills, education and job experience to the interview panel.
I interviewed at a time when in person interviews were still the norm. This had not only a discussion component, but a chance to demonstrate my skills through a case study.
Simple and straightforward, no online tests or anything. Just face to face interviews.
