What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Sunstates is approachable and trusts its employees. They are extremely supportive and want their employees to succeed within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really do love what I do. My coworkers are friendly and helpful, the leadership team doesn't micromanage, and they promote from within supporting your growth!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very supportive company. We all work as a team and everyone wants the company to be successful. Sunstates really cares about its employees and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication in the company is superb! Company meetings are held monthly while team meetings are held weekly. If you need to reach team members between meetings everyone is accessible and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is great and bonuses are attainable with hard work. Benefits are satisfactory and they are doing more to make them even better. Recently the 401k match was switched to employees with 6 months at the company compared to one year which was offered prior.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Due to Covid situations, the hiring process was a bit abnormal. It consisted of phone interviews, which actually worked better for me since I was not currently living in the area. After the third and final interview, I knew this was the role and company for me and they were very accommodating.
