Mr. Steven P. Shriner, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mortgage Banking at SunTrust Banks, Inc. and served as its Chief Consumer Credit Officer since January 2011 until November 2011. Mr. Shriner served as Director of Investor Relations of SunTrust Banks Inc. since August 2007. Mr. Shriner oversaw SunTrust's communications and relationships with equity security analysts, large institutional investors and other members of the investment community. Mr. Shriner has approximately 20 years of experience in finance, including more than 15 years in increasingly responsible financial management positions at SunTrust and a predecessor institution. He served as Senior Financial Officer of SunTrust Banks Inc.'s key lines of business including Wealth and Investment Management, Corporate and Investment Banking and Mortgage. Mr. Shriner began his career in finance in 1987 at Circuit City Stores, Inc. and joined a SunTrust predecessor, Crestar Financial Corporation in 1990.
