Great medical and dental plans. Lots of options and less out of pockets than other plans I've seen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Truist needs to have more competitive with salaries ; the goals and expectations increase tremendously in order to avoid to paid the quarterly goals. We work longer hours and we are always short staffed.
I worked gor 8 years and I got fired with not warnings or verbal
Because Bonuses are not paid based on performance but on politics
I have been in the same position for two years with no chance at advancement and it's awful once my 401k is vested i will most likely leave the company

My manager was great before he was laid off
My teammates. They are positive and experienced.

The industry feels too management at the Equipment and Leasing Group is weak
Upper management needs to treat employees better. Turnover is through the roof!
