What do you like best about the leadership team?
Cultural competency, Leadership that cares, heartfelt, compassionate and kind
The team is always available. Most answer the phone or return a call with an hour. Someone is available 24/7 for urgent calls too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the facility that you assigned me to in reference to any internal issues that may arise.
Handling of the big issues has been very rough. Also, there is no fight to pay their team what they are worth.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to get along with. My contracts have been a positive experience.
The people that are working here are great people. They are people that work hard and really grind it out in a very difficult market.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the school nurse position is the quality of the faculty and staff. The people get along with each other and the students respect us. I believe the students have respect because respect is shown to them.

What did you like most about the interview process?
MY interview process was done over the phone. Therefore I was much more comfortable.
We look for people that have the will to get the job done. Skill matters but with our company culture, the willing to do what it takes matters more. We can teach the skills but cannot teach motivation.
