What did you like most about the interview process? We look for people that have the will to get the job done. Skill matters but with our company culture, the willing to do what it takes matters more. We can teach the skills but cannot teach motivation.

What are some of the best things about your team? The people that are working here are great people. They are people that work hard and really grind it out in a very difficult market.
