It is the most toxic office environment I have ever worked in. I cry myself to sleep because of the way I am treated by my superiors . The lack of training and guidance from my manager to do my job correctly is astounding. I wouldnt wish this job on my worst enemy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not see a positive upside working in this office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Maybe it would help if management actually gave training and cared about helping employees grow and learn in the company it would be such a better environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! There is not ONE positive thing to say about them. The worst though is making me feel dumb while trying to do my job but yet never trained me on how exactly he wanted me to do such job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I like my coworkers. Its just the management team in my office is not user friendly. They gossip about you and your mistakes but can not tell you directly how to fix mistakes. Also are not very helpful when you ask a question they basically say figure out yourself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel undervalued in the sense that my manager never bothered to train me on anything but yet expects me to know everything and makes me feel dumb when i make a mistake or didnt do it exactly how he would have liked but yet never gave me instructions as to how he would like the job done.
