Executive Bio
Denis is our Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He joined SWCA in 2008. Denis, who holds an MBA, is a dynamic and results-oriented executive with a diverse background in aerospace, defense, logistic services, intellectual property, contracts and pricing, program management, and sales and marketing.
Denis is responsible for SWCA’s accounting and financial management as well as the company’s information technology systems and marketing. He provides oversight on the day-to-day operations for these functions together with cash management, auditing, client and vendor engagements, and contracting efforts. He also supports the administration of SWCA’s Employee Stock Option Plan and 401k plan, including the annual audit and valuation processes. Denis also serves as a member of SWCA’s Board of Directors.
