- What did you like most about the interview process?They seemed to be for the driver unlike other companies but once driving for them it's was just words to get you into the driver seat.

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Over all communication. They call to check in but it seems like they are just checking the box. Theres no real concern when they call.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Managing load drops with load pickup, also it would be nice if they didn't make drivers wait sometimes an hr before responding.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?This training center needs further investigation in regards to instruction the students receive as the fail rate is about 99% and the leader doesnt care about the student concerns presented to him. Nothing is done about valerie or patience conduct.
