  • Being in the digital client services/product development market, there's several roles that tend to require more than the usual 9-5 job would—it's just the demanding nature of the market in a way. However, if working late nights become a habitual part of an employee's life, it's considered a red flag, and there's processes in place to surface those situations and distribute the work appropriately.

  • Promotions come naturally at Swirl because there are constant feedback loops between most managers and their direct reports. Growth paths, learning, and sharing knowledge is encouraged, so normally a person is promoted when they've basically grown into the job. It all feels very seamless.
