it was great before 2008, but now this European company is following American culture and cutting benefits. However as compared to most financial firms, the benefits are still good - besides medical and dental, other like 6% match for new employees - old employees have 12%-18% and there was pension that froze. Increments are rare, bonus depends on your performance - can be 0-20% or more. There is EPP and other small benefits like Wageworks etc. The HR is very professional.

  • Not much

  • Standard package

if you are willing to drive there are always opportunities. Have worked with great teams across different verticals, people are helpful and there is a transperancy and openess. Company encourages to educate yourself and there's world class internal training both off/online. The only disadvantage is there are not too many options to get promoted and salary increase is rare. So bargain the best you can.
