Business focussed and very professional. Mid management slightly biased. Suggest to hone and value talent irrespective of the location. Inequality persistent between developed and developing country locations.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My best advice is to stop the brown-nosing.
Establish a PMO to centralize resources and standard agile project cycle and documentation. Every project is run differently and thus success criteria is not clear nor objective
Stop calling the command/control culture, something unique to Swiss Re; call it what it is.
