- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We were cutback to part time & will lose our medical benefits on June 30th
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Fuel Operators in other companies start out at 50% higher wages than what we get after a year of service. Our annual raise is 2%, not enough to keep up with inflation.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. Letting employees know what is going on rather than leaving them to deal with situations blindly then blaming them for not doing what the manager would have done.
