The best part about my compensation is that it is very competitive and in favor of the employees to ensure we stay happy.

The medical/dental and the money to offset internet charges.

The company is very fair as to how we are incentivized and are paid, as well as our I.C. plan overall is very competitive.

The Recharge days that have been instituted post-Covid where everyone takes off on the same day have been invaluable to my mental health.

Love the unlimited time off. I don't take a lot of time off all at one time, I like to take long weekend trips. Not have to worry about and counting hours of PTO eliminates all the stress of taking time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A higher rate of pay would make me feel better. I've been approached with higher pay on a few occasions and I feel I deserve more.

I would like to see my salary to be comparable to what other companies are actually paying for the work that I do weekly.
