I've made some great friendships and collaborated with others to get incredible things done in a short period of time. No commute time and emphasis on employee well-being helps with work-life balance even though I struggle to maintain boundaries for myself as I just get so excited to come to work.

The Recharge days that have been instituted post-Covid where everyone takes off on the same day have been invaluable to my mental health.

It makes me so happy to be building something special and important to the world. Future generations of people will benefit from the work that we are doing here.

Everyone at Syapse is SO SMART. The geographical diversity that results from the remote-first culture lends a richness to the team that I've not seen anywhere else in my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Syapse takes time to recognize and celebrate success, while continuing to drive forward on initiatives that keep the company moving in a direction that is meaningful to me and compatible with our stated mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice. We do a lot of meetings where people keep their cameras on and engage with each other non-verbally as well as verbally. We stay in touch outside of meetings via Slack, which people are generally very quick to respond to.
