The leadership team at Syapse is transparent. The whole team is aware of goals, projects, new opportunities, etc.

I like working in an environment that is positive and engaged. I feel the employees at Syapse really want to make a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the entire package is better than standard in my field. The insurance is excellent. The holiday and PTO package is more than most hospitals provide. We have a lot of additional "perks" that are not standard in health care as well.
