Great people, good conversation and when needed we can get things done efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher rate of pay would make me feel better. I've been approached with higher pay on a few occasions and I feel I deserve more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be bought into the whole mission and message. A nice variety of people with similar interests that have their own slack channel to discuss.
What makes you most happy at work?
The goal of making cancer care as robust as it can. Also that we are now starting to work in other fields that are not just oncology.
