What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency! They are honest with the entire company about where we stand.
Respect, drive, help where needed, and care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they should at least learn about hacking before opening up a big firm!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, parental leave, bonuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promote diversity and woman in tech to the public to manipulate the public's perception of the company but they do not reflect those values within their company. They are using the misrepresentation of woman and blacks in cyber as a gimmick to increase clients and monetary gains.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone us focused on doing their work but is never too busy to help a colleague
