The people I work with.
I get to work on some interesting and challenging projects while sharing any knowledge I've learned with others on the team. I've great pride in the fact we work on our own product and can see it grow and improve
We get some pretty good snacks!!!
The flexibility. I work when I need to but I'm not forced to work 9-5 exactly. They trust that I will get done what I need to.
The people I work with.
The product grows each day, and I can see the impact I'm making on it.
