Goals are very attainable. It's not difficult to hit your expected earnings.

Some people complain, but if you work hard, you earn more. I like to work hard, and the company has become more work/life friendly over the years. I can afford to invest more time in my work and so I do very well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last was 'raise' was 2%, and that was the first and only raise after 5 years working there. Doesn't even cover COLA over the years. Cheapest company I ever worked for.

I do more than others that are considered my equals and I have stayed loyal to the company for 9.5 years now.
Because preference is only given to one community.. The people who become permanent employees are from only one community. Also people who get promoted to next level belong from that same community even though they lack skills.. No one knows how to interact but still be at supervisor level..
