Last was 'raise' was 2%, and that was the first and only raise after 5 years working there. Doesn't even cover COLA over the years. Cheapest company I ever worked for.

I do more than others that are considered my equals and I have stayed loyal to the company for 9.5 years now.
Because preference is only given to one community.. The people who become permanent employees are from only one community. Also people who get promoted to next level belong from that same community even though they lack skills.. No one knows how to interact but still be at supervisor level..
Its not them its me. I just need time to improve on me being better.

HR should do screening before hiring people.. Please with no Computer skills should not be hired as a Test Operator.. It really becomes difficult to train these people from scratch.. literally we have to train them on how to use a computer...
