Understanding how to motivate employees. Making decisions that inorive the overall experience for guest and employees alike.

Literally everything. I am not even kidding.

Supporting staff, not seeing you as just hired help. Being left to take care of all the sickness, managing leave and not being able to take my own leave is wrong. Worst of all, you don't get paid overtime because you're contracted to take care of the staff. They are mistreating their staff.

Managing not only the store but also taking care of their employees by giving a listening ear. I love this company but the managers make it so hard to want to stay because they are one-sided.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not having a ton of people just work part time but a few fulltime staff that is cared about. With good benifets

I get paid leas in a week at Fridays than in one day at my second job.

hours are good, need higher wages, need more benefits

Undervalued by the new exec team who do not care about the staff rather that you work and they reap rewards. I just want to be paid for all the extra hours I do.

I feel like my hardwork doesnt matter to anyone at TGIFridays

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers can do better about having a professional relationship rather than the relationships they tend to foster that make the work environment very unsafe and unprofessional. They can do better at adhering to suggestions in company meetings that seek to better us professionally.

They like to stir up drama and management just let it go on without caring

My coworkers are a diverse and fun group. The meetings that management runs just go in circles and nothing is ever achieved. We also don't get paid for coming in for meeting when it's not our shift.

It needs to start from the Senior exec team, and filter down.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The only good reviews online cone from managers.. There is a lot to fix.

Treat staff better support development, encourage hiring and pay us properly for the overtime that we have no choice in doing as there wouldnt be anyone else there to work.

Management does not like to investigate when there are situations, they rather brush it off to avoid conflict which is poor management behavior

It can be improved by more of varitey of ideas.

So much extra work when cut from floor. Usually takes a hour to do all the extra work. For a 1.00 under minimum wage and the dollar a day we are charged for soda.
