cohesiveness as a unit in the kitchen, everyone on a string working together to get through the dinner rush while still maintaining quality
I lead the team, and so I am always looking for passionate and dedicated people. However the industry is not one that invests in staff- no one see's a career in hospitality because there is no money or encouragement
We are all pure-hearted and have a good mindset
