They need to find people with experience in the areas that they are hired for. Company is relying on contractors to fill roles and they are unable to attract good solid talent.
The company is failing to address issues with its failing infrastructure even though they are pushing for more clients. The back-end support won't support more customers and systems will continue to fail. Will need to update resources and systems in order to meet the challenges ahead.
