Understanding the technical requirements of their products and services they offer and the people who work for them.

Company neglects providing fair compensation for the work provided (underpaid). There is no incentive or ability to progress in one's career or gain further training or education.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More communication and understand that there are different ideas on how to accomplish a task.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to find people with experience in the areas that they are hired for. Company is relying on contractors to fill roles and they are unable to attract good solid talent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is failing to address issues with its failing infrastructure even though they are pushing for more clients. The back-end support won't support more customers and systems will continue to fail. Will need to update resources and systems in order to meet the challenges ahead.
