There have been a lot of changes at the leadership level. All positive change.

Forecasting - Market analysis. Focus and sales strategy.
Listen to employees. Recognize front line is more critical than vps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
not to sure yet havent looked into it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales territory has been changed 3 times in the last 12 months. Different ineffective sales strategies are implemented during slow times in the industry, compounding the stress related to achieving overinflated quotas. Sales comp plan modified 5-6 times in last 13 months
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is passionate about the work.
we get along great and everyone pulls their weight around here. we figure out how to make the work environment productive.

we can joke around and not get butthurt

Restructure upper management to an effective team that has obtainable revenue goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a smooth, structured process. I moved quickly once expectations were discussed.
The recruiter was very enthusiastic about the company and the position.
