Right now I have been written up for a disability related absence, so I'm frustrated. Locating a person to bring my concerns to outside of the store manager and district manager is proving difficult.

The casual atmosphere that the interview occurred in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Interacting with my co-workers is enjoyable. Working together is like a choreographed ballet, knowing what the other is doing without needing to stop and think about it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a customer, new or repeat, that seems down and at the end of their time in the bay, they've smiled or laughed. I like to think that I helped make their day a little brighter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work a lot of overtime because we have been short staffed. When I have disability related issues, I was "written up". (Only saw messages in my ADP when clocking out. No actual write up occurred)
