The people are cool, the training needs to be better and the other techs and employees at my particular store, would have made me feel comfortable by leading by example and shouting out the call outs and replying to my call outs so I know I am doing the right thing,

its good when people are not stand offish and wearing negitve emotions on their sleeve, and it effects my productivity
What did you like most about the interview process?
I answered the last question incorrectly, the interveiw process was not difficult at all. The person interviewing me was a very nice, cordial, and great hiring management and asked all the right questions and i feel i gave all the correct answers, it unfortunately wasmt exactly like he said
