I love working on cars and interacting with people, I used to always wonder since i didnt finish school if I would ever truly find a career to keep me interested or satisfied. Then I discovered Take5 Oil Change. I couldnt possibly imagine working in a different environment. Yet I do want to move up.

Motivated, determined, flexible, constructive manners, very well organized, Always positive. always putting the customers first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at our shop is always warm, welcome, open minded, willing, and determined. Making sure to stay on top of any new information, to never fall short of educating any customer about our services.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We stay open minded, having open eyes and ears to understand new technology or new ways to operate. We are always positive no matter the situation making sure to keep a bright invironment. We taie care of eachother and make sure needs have been made for everyone not just for ourselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
Too me it seems like every day a new customer comes in with the same remark, My friend, son, mother, cousin, etc; Insisted I come check you guys out. This being an ongoing almost everyday message lets me know that we are fullfilling our duties and serving our customers right. this makes me happy!!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even through all of this pandemic, I have stayed loyal to our company making sure we stayed open and able to serve our community. I have been working 6 days a week averaging over 50 hrs a week. yet i only get paid $9 an hr and feel the effort and energy Im applying is worth much more than that.
