My shop is run by a solid manager, no real complaints there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have at least 3 cut or severely scratched fingers at any time. I have at least 2/3 burns at any one time. Even with commissions (which I dont even get all of b/c you depend on service writers to be honest and put you in) I barely make $11/hr and the only real "benefit" is free oil changes.
