- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone outside of programmers and developers or sales are underpaid and undervalued. Especially those who work behind the scenes to make the company look good. For hourly employees they could give more stock and higher hourly wage. The corporate greed is just as evident at Tanium.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire within and hire leaders. Allow leaders to make decisions based upon their experience not their title.
