We'll continue to push the limits and innovate to remain number one in our space

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being Transparent about the future of the company. Layoffs every 6 months is not very inspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are amazing! Better than anything my husband and I have ever had working in NYC
No Equity - but cash comp is good!
Pay increase was substantial. Thanks!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are everything. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It's the best place I've ever worked at.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Workload could be more evenly distributed
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the people in my team. I think it's important to know who you'll be working with.
Candidate experience was great and the questions were thoughtful and relevant. Albeit not difficult if you're good at what you do.
