If the compensation is made upto industry standards
Internal reviews are not effectively undertaken and there is reward for loyalty to Leadership and not delivery capability.
Benchmarking with the best in the industry and paying all employees accordingly would be great

WE ARE THE FRIENDS LIKE CULUTURE FOLLOWED IN THE COMPANY
Team quality was excellent but noticeably dropped this year
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly? The CEO and a more diverse leadership team at a regional and global level.
This year Management has become dictatorial at senior level
Encourage learning, risk-taking and support during times of failure
