What is the best part about your compensation package?

Reimbursement for things like internet and gym.

Salary far exceeded my expectations, as well as the monthly reimbursement for internet/gym/etc and zestful. One note, insurance options/pricing could be better.

I think annual raises (contingent on performance, of course) would be helpful. I actually like the fact that we don't have a structured feedback/performance process and just get feedback as we deem appropriate/natural, but I think the opportunity for an annual raise would be very helpful.

No career path or focus on employee growth and promises often delayed. Needing to constantly pursue raises and promotions or just expectations. No transparency on salary, position, market comparisons. Not enough opportunity to show full potential. Some efforts and personal impact not acknowledged.
