More competive benefits would be nice
Being paid based on my knowledge of machines, processes and department competencies.
I am very qualified for the position they've hired me for, but they hired me at a rate easily $10k less than I'm worth, and the benefits cost almost twice as much as other companies. This is to say nothing of the fact that I'm not payed enough to contribute to a 401K.
I honestly feel that I need to find better work some days. I love my job but with inflation is simply don't make enough money to keep a roof over my head and take care of daycare for my 3 kids
It's the culture of this plant, the tension is high because of the way people are spoken too and treated. Absolutely no work life balance.
The culture is terrible, and the company is incredibly cheap. I don’t see them changing until Glen dies and some top management leave
never thanked for doing extras even when it was very helpful - instead seen as a threat to immediate supervisors
Do not get paid enough to afford the healthcare. Do not get paid enough to make ends meet. Do not get any stock options or profit sharing.
