Ethics and leadership. Both are solely lacking
Really caring about employees and not just creating the next round of buzzwords
Treating people with respect and in general not degrading them in front of their peers. If you speak up you're out and considered a disgruntle employee.
More competive benefits would be nice
Being paid based on my knowledge of machines, processes and department competencies.
I am very qualified for the position they've hired me for, but they hired me at a rate easily $10k less than I'm worth, and the benefits cost almost twice as much as other companies. This is to say nothing of the fact that I'm not payed enough to contribute to a 401K.
I honestly feel that I need to find better work some days. I love my job but with inflation is simply don't make enough money to keep a roof over my head and take care of daycare for my 3 kids
It's the culture of this plant, the tension is high because of the way people are spoken too and treated. Absolutely no work life balance.
Need to have more urgency on orders processed

LOW pay and HIGH cost for benefits
Minimal process improvement and lack of working together. Each business unit competes internally before outside competition
Little focus on process improvement and attention to detail is limited. Fix process or same problrms come back
Terminate the manager or assign them their previous duties, They shouldn't be managing people.
Need to have better pay and benefits.
