All I can say is that the long island region is COMPLETELY different from the Manhattan region. Under different circumstances, I'd go back to Manhattan in a heartbeat

The managers seemed very friendly and made me look forward to working with them (which I did at the time)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I put in a lot of work into this job and when personal situations occur (which only has happened twice in the 8 years I've been with the company) my situations aren't empathized. As far as compensation is concerned, pay should be based on the branch you work at.
