They focus on diversty and inclustion but i find thats just a front. This is what they want there share holders to see and the public but behind the sense its a different story

I work from home and i dont need to see these people anymore

They need compation and empathy and they need to start reach out to people that could be struggling

They promote doing the right thing for the customers when in fact they are doing the right things for themselves
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been at the bank for 15years and being as an entry level position. I suffer from an invisable disablity and they refuse to accomidate me. The business would not be impacted either by approving my accomidation
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our department manager has exhibited signs of narcissism. She starts off the meetings with a quote from the movie "mean girls" this women has favored their friends and put down people in her way. She's a bully and this movie is all about bullying.
